Farm fresh certified organic Tatsoi is rich in nutrients. It contains Vitamins A, C, K beta carotene, folate, fibre, calcium, potassium, phosphorous, and iron as well as phytonutrients. Phytonutrients can act as antioxidants helping to prevent chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer.
Tatsoi can be eaten raw or cooked and used as you would spinach, lettuce, or any greens for a salad. Delicious steamed or in stir-fry with other vegetables.

Finmaw Farm is a small family run farm situated in the picturesque hills of Mardan in South Gippsland, Victoria. We are a mixed farm using ethical principals and are certified organic growing cattle, sheep, vegetables and fruit following the organic standards set by NASAA (National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia).
This means that we raise grass fed beef and lamb and grow vegetables (from seed) and fruit …all without chemicals. Respect and care for our animals and the environment in which they live is paramount.
