Chappy’s Handmade in Melbourne Potato Chips
Here at Chappy’s Snacks, we love to cook chips “the old fashioned way”. Kettle-cooked is essentially “slow cooked chips” in small batches. We start the cooking process at a low temperature and then gradually bring the temperature up while continuously moving the cooking chips. The result is a diverse batch of chips which we think have a great deal of personality, flavour, and texture. We believe this method of cooking produces exceptional chips, all forming there individual curl and shape with a good amount of crunch
Chappy’s kettle chips are lovingly made by hand with non-gmo locally grown spuds, premium high oleic sunflower oil, and South Australian sea salt alongside local and imported ingredients. Chappy’s are chips with character to excite all taste buds.
