Created with Australian organic dried fruit soaked in brandy and lady grey tea. Combined with locally produced and sourced ingredients including sourdough bread crumbs from Hope Farm Bakery, biodynamic freshly milled flour from Oak & Swan Sourdough, pasture raised eggs from Flock Stock & Basil and cultured butter from Gippsland Jersey. With organic apples, organic orange rind, biodynamic Victorian almonds and my own blend of organic spices, these little beauties are cooked slow for 6-8 hours until dark and rich. Best served warm & drenched in the best pure cream you can find.

Puddings come vacuum sealed to be reheated in the bag in your microwave or steamed on your stove top.
For the die hard pudding fans; these age very well and can be stored somewhere cool, dark and dry until Christmas 2022!
