Wattle Bank Farm
Based on a small micro farm in Wattle Bank near Inverloch, we grow a variety of Oyster mushrooms all year round to supply to individual mushroom lovers, restaurants, grocers and delicatessens. We also have a small but well established citrus orchard with lemons, limes, grapefruits and oranges which form part of produce line – Dehydrated mushrooms, oranges, lemons and limes. We use our own unwaxed citrus to preserve and pickle.
