Honey Lemon Ginger Kombucha Salad Dressing


This gorgeous lemony dressing is mild but decadent and perfect for your summer salads. Full of live cultures it will add to your gut flora and improve your wellbeing! Wild Fermented Kombucha, using lemons from my organic tree in the back paddock and three year old ginger dug up from my garden the kombucha has been aged for 12months then blended with homemade mustard and raw honey to create a light creamy dressing that is a delight to the tastebuds.
