Organic LAMB BULK PACKS (frozen)

Organic Lamb Pack contains lamb that has been grown naturally and grass fed on our organic farm. No chemicals, drenches etc. 

Your WHOLE LAMB pack will contain a variety of lamb cuts. There will be a variety of roasts eg: Leg, Shoulder as well as Spare Ribs, Stock Bones, Lamb Shanks and a variety of chops Loin, Cutlets, etc

Your HALF LAMB pack will contain a variety of lamb cuts.  It will contain Roasts and Chops including Cutlets, 1 Shank, Stock Bones and 1 side pack of Spare Ribs or one side lamb belly.

An indication of what your QUARTER PACK should contain: 1 bone in Roast, 4 Cutlets, 4 Chops, 1 small (1/4) pack of Spare Ribs or 1/4 belly and Stock Bones.

Weights will vary.

For an indication of quantity a half lamb takes up about the space of 4-5 loaves of bread in your freezer.

Meat that has been vacuum packaged can get tiny holes in the packaging and if not frozen, can become spoiled, making it inedible.

Finmaw Farm is a small family run farm situated in the picturesque hills of Mardan in South Gippsland, Victoria.  We are a mixed farm using ethical principals and are certified organic growing cattle, sheep, vegetables and fruit following the organic standards set by NASAA (National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia).
This means that we raise grass fed beef and lamb and grow vegetables (from seed) and fruit …all without chemicals.  Respect and care for our animals and the environment in which they live is paramount.  By supporting a local farmer like us at Finmaw, you are supporting sustainable agriculture and receiving fresh seasonal organic healthy produce.  Healthy soils produce healthy food and when consumed by us = healthy people!
