Amber Creek strives to create fertile soil, sequester carbon, create habitat, and help build local economic activity and engagement. Dan and Amelia at Amber Creek regard waste as a resource and growing pigs is part of this closed circuit and helps to use the pigs normally destructive habits of digging to create compost and build soil health and volume.
