Lemon and caper aioli is a summer riff on our signature mayonnaise. The addition of home grown garlic, lemon zest and baby capers to Ruby Hills organic eggs, grapeseed oil, a touch of local olive oil just to flavour, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt flakes and white pepper makes for blockbusting flavour. Try it as a dip with crudités of Finmaw Farm cucumbers, salad turnips and tomatoes. Or on wedges made from those Dutch Cream potatoes from Colin & Sally when they are available. Yum! With no added preservatives or artificial additives our aioli must be refrigerated where it will last for at least 2 weeks.
