Using the delicious chicken you know and love from @Mirboo Pastured Poultry, our additive and gluten-free chicken stock paste is a concentrated blend of chicken breast slowly cooked with organic root vegetables (think leek, celery, onion, celeriac), garlic, white wine, olive oil and fresh herbs from my vegetable garden. Naturally preserved with rock salt and packaged in glass jars, it keeps in the fridge for up to 4 months and a generous tablespoon of paste dissolved in 500g water equates to one shop-bought stock cube. So ditch the ‘convenience’ of the tetra pack or foil-wrapped cubes and reach for the jar in the fridge when making soups or risottos.
