Beetroot Kvass Tonic
Traditionally from Latvia, Beet Kvass is a fermented tonic made from beetroots and water. Fermented for at least three weeks this tart, mildly fizzy tonic is fantastic for blood and liver cleansing. One teaspoon a couple of times a week is all you need to populate your gut flora and aid a healthy gut microbiome.
Tonics are a great way to improve your overall wellbeing. The fermented juices from organic produce condense millions of beneficial bacteria into one tiny burst of zingy flavour. Take one teaspoon every few days.
